Privacy policy
Short version: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. It only processes the data that is technically necessary to deliver the pages, and your messages if you write to us.
Who is responsible
Igor Stefanyuk (STM4), Saarstraße 37, 78554 Aldingen, Germany. E-mail: info@ivano-frankivsk.com. Contact details are also on the Contact page.
What this website does not do
- no cookies and no similar storage in your browser,
- no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks,
- no external fonts, maps, videos or widgets that would load from other servers,
- no forms or user accounts.
Server log files
When you open a page, the web server of our hosting provider STRATO AG (Berlin, Germany; servers in Germany) automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data sent, and browser and referrer information. This is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The data is stored for a limited time determined by STRATO and not combined with other data by us.
Contact by e-mail or phone
If you write to us, we process your message and your address only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) if the request concerns a contract. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed and no retention duty applies.
Links to other websites
The site links to partner websites, mainly Booking.com, partly through the platform Stay22 (marked "Affiliate link"). Nothing is transferred when you only read our pages. If you click such a link, you leave this site, and the partner processes your data under its own privacy policy. The link contains our partner ID so that a commission can be assigned. We do not receive personal data about you or your booking. Details on the About page.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To use them, write to the e-mail address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority. For us this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
